Go on an Exhilarating Beach Adventure in Orange County, CA
Have Fun Tours employs native Californians as tour guides to give you an authentic tour of the Orange County beach cities. Let the sun kiss your skin as you ride the waves, walk the shore, or swim the waters of California.
We will head north to Huntington Beach, which is popular for its 8.5-mile long coast, mild climate, and excellent surfing conditions. The waves here are the most epic in California due to a unique natural phenomenon. This is caused by the edge-diffraction of ocean swells off the island of Catalina and the waves from distant hurricanes. Discover why Huntington Beach defines Southern California as Surf City USA, where more than half a million spectators visit to take in the world-famous summer surfing competitions!
You can also explore the Huntington Beach Pier, visit the International Surfing Museum, and build sandcastles. In addition, you can watch the famous surfing events and beach volleyball tournaments. We can also drop by Huntington’s Main Street where the list of shopping and dining options seems endless. Buy a cool T-shirt from one of the local surf shops as a souvenir!
We continue our journey south to Newport Beach and Balboa Island—the summer home of many celebrities! Here, we can have a taste of the local’s epicurean delight, Balboa’s famous frozen banana with your choice of toppings! After passing by Balboa’s quaint, multimillion-dollar waterfront homes, we can make our way to the ferry to cross the famous Newport Harbor, heading to the Peninsula, the ocean side of the harbor, and Balboa Pier.
Discover the Balboa Fun Zone or stroll along the pier as you feel the sun and Pacific Ocean’s mist sprinkle your face. By taking you to these tourist spots, we hope to give you the fun-filled tour that you deserve.
Our tour has an optional stop for lunch. We could enjoy scrumptious meals at Ruby’s Diner at the end of the pier. Alternatively, we can have a taste at the delicious dishes at the Blue Water Grill. We will go with your choice! After lunch, we can make our way to scenic Newport’s famous Cannery Village and Mariner’s Mile—a favorite inspiration among artists for plein air masterpieces.
For the last stop of our tour, we will continue traveling south along the beautiful Orange County coastline. We’ll arrive at the scenic artist colony of Laguna Beach—home to the world-famous Festival of Arts and Pageant of the Masters and Sawdust Festival. You can delight in the ambiance of Heisler Park. Revel in the breathtakingly beautiful view and pounding waves high above from Crescent Bay Point Park! With the seaside mist in your face, stroll along Main Beach and see its renowned, and often painted, lifeguard tower.
